The COVID-19 pandemic has created a constantly changing landscape and Flying Zebra is taking all necessary precautions to mitigate the spread of the virus. Our team has been working around-the-clock to prepare our operations with additional protocols to ensure your health and safety. We have implemented a comprehensive plan to ensure your safety while maintaining the seamless travel experience that you have come to expect.
AIRCRAFT CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
To ensure your safety, Flying Zebra aircraft are undergoing an extensive cleaning and disinfecting regimen in accordance with the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. All aircraft surfaces have been treated with ClearCabin, an Antimicrobial barrier treatment. Additionally, all aircraft are being disinfected and cleaned thoroughly before and after each flight. We also offer individually wrapped anti-bacterial wipes.
MASK PROTOCOL
Masks are required from check-in through aircraft boarding, and again from disembarkation to ground transportation. We will have masks available if you do not have one. You may remove your mask during flight.
If you do not comply with these protocols, you will be denied boarding and will forfeit the cost of the flight.
CREW HEALTH AND SAFETY
Crewmembers are required to perform a self-assessment including a temperature check before going on duty every day. Crewmembers are required to wear masks while on duty before and after the flight. For safety reasons, crewmembers may elect to remove their mask while operating the aircraft.
IN-FLIGHT AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCE
The cabin air on Flying Zebra aircraft is renewed continuously with fresh air from the outside during the flight. Additionally, all air entering the cabin is compressed and heated by the engine, killing any airborne germs before cooling to cabin temperature.
Flying Zebra Pilatus PC-12 aircraft exchange interior cabin air up to 10 times per hour, or approximately once every 6 minutes.
